Upon account closure — whether initiated by the player or by be777 — any remaining real-money balance after deduction of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements and any amounts under investigation will be returned to the player's registered payment method within ten business days. be777 shall not be liable for consequential losses arising from account suspension or closure carried out in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be777 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if be777 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The be777 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. be777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
